"As a psychodynamically-orientated counsellor and art therapist, I know that the past lives in the present of individual lives. With awareness, insight, emotionally processing (coming to terms with experiences, feeling emotions), and with a willingness to change, we can show up with more presence, openness, and allow for more choices. Lynn’s book is written in a personal manner, and she recounted her story of facing her past that she was bumping up against strongly in her present, and shares how she processed her experience, healed from awareness and insight, and moved in the direction that she truly desired. Along the way, Lynn invited the reader to help themselves, offers suggestions and support, and encouraged her audience to join in this journey of awakening from the dream of the past. Lynn’s love and kindness are felt in the lines of the pages, and it is a helpful, nurturing and comforting read for any age. I highly recommend this book."
